CarbonFree Events
Whether your organization is big or small, chances are there are times throughout the year when you get together with customers, colleagues, members, or other stakeholders at a conference, trade show or retreat. Work with Carbonfund.org and do the world some good by making your gathering a CarbonFree™ event.
Events are great opportunities to educate people about simple ways to reduce carbon emissions as well as bring decision makers together to learn new ideas. Put “Reduce what you can, Offset what you can’t™” in front of them, and make your event CarbonFree™ via Carbonfund.org. Our mission is to educate people about climate change, and events give us a great opportunity to do just that.
How It Works
Holding a CarbonFree™ Event is simple.
- Download our simple worksheet and return it to: . We’ll estimate your event’s carbon footprint and get back to you. (Download Events Worksheet)
- Offset all or a portion of your footprint (15 ton minimum).
- Develop a program with Carbonfund.org to educate your attendees and others
