Established in 1997, New Millennium Designs was founded on the premise of providing quality programming and design punctuated by outstanding personalized service for all clients. The NMD Creative House offers small and mid-sized business startup packages, business identity and logo design, sales and marketing consulting, interactive CD-Rom’s, print and graphics design, website development, E-Commerce solutions, and animated media.
The NMD Development House offers development of custom web-based software solutions, interaction and integration of database structures, custom GIS mapping solutions, and other web-based specialization. Clients may select from existing software programs developed by NMD to meet needs or develop custom software solutions with our skilled development team.
NMD is a principal partner of Watch Systems; a national public safety firm headquartered in Covington, Louisiana and the provider of OffenderWatch®, http://www.CommunityNotification.com, http://www.StormWatchAlert.com and other systems and services that target public safety efforts to deliver expanded community notification and awareness. The Watch Systems’ software program is considered the premier sex offender management and notification solution in the nation and is the only software endorsed by the National Sheriff’s Association. NMD is an integrated provider of technical and other development resources to enhance Watch Systems programs and services and is pleased to have these resources located in over 1,000 law enforcement agencies around the United States.
NMD also serves as an Internet and creative design group for the Small and Emerging Business Development Program of the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, and serves as Internet and technical experts for several of the Greater New Orleans area advertising agencies. NMD specializes in government and law enforcement software applications.

NMD’s new corporate facility will feature conscience design in order to reduce environmental impact and increase productivity.
