Little Cupcake Bakeshop
Description
Little Cupcake Corp. (LCB) is a specialty deserts bakeshop. LCB serves its clients rare finely blended coffees and teas along with freshly baked cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Little Cupcake Bakeshop, with its bright white façade and spearmint-green awnings, is as inviting as a sugared confection. Little Cupcake successfully blends an amalgam of style from ancestral American, contemporary modern and seductively novel design disciplines into a fun and winning visual space. Little Cupcake’s architecture is opulent and grand and full of style. The color and decor has the unmistakable feeling of the Hamptons. A combination of brick with opal and spearmint colored walls are bordered by generous, shiny white crown moldings. Overhead, elegant chandeliers illuminate the shiny marble tables and parquet floor treatments. Fresh cupcakes sit in cheerful rows in the display case while coffees and teas are served by the trained baristas. Large lounge areas welcome and comfort the crowds. The balance of visual stimulation and harmonic melodies of American classics like Cole Porter, Tony Bennett, and Ella Fitzgerald through the sitting space settles the soul and couples the store’s undeniable rich American style ambience with a dash of Italian-like easy living. Little Cupcake is a transportation of the senses, a whimsical wonderland of treats, an experience so cheerful, yet so subtle, patrons are amazed at the heart warming feeling that occurs as they’re taken away at Little Cupcake from the demands of the real world. A romantic trip that begins with a wonderful design aesthetic - winds clients through a time of heirlooms and cultivated sophistication - and culminates with a lifting of the senses. Social Responsibility and Being Green
Partner Quote
“We are the first Carbon Neutral Bakery in NYC. Throughout our bakeshop’s operation, we attempt to meet the highest standard of environmental responsibility. We purchase many of our materials and equipment from certified procurers of green materials and products. We use low-emissions lighting and equipment as well as toxic free chemicals in cleaners and floor treatments. To neutralize the amount of carbon we are unable to eliminate in our everyday operation, we offset through a non-profit called the Carbonfund.org. We are currently partnering with several groups in non-profit, environment and advocacy to produce a greening guide. It will present solutions we’ve research and implemented at the bakeshop as well as expert commentary and leading artwork. ”
