With the help of Carbonfund.org, we calculated and offset the carbon emissions generated by shipping products to our customers—all the way back since we opened our doors in 1998. Then we offset all of our driving to work, and all of our electricity usage since 1998. As a gardening company, we decided to offset half of the emissions through reforestation, and half through energy efficiency projects.
