Commitment
Big Green Cart is committed to taking direct responsibility to enhance the health of our environment, just as we are committed to providing a convenient place for others to do the same. We participate in multiple green festivals each year (this past fall in San Francisco, and in a few weeks at UC Berkeley, for example) and do our part in purchasing offsets for travel and resources we must use to attend each event. We operate at low-impact energy usage, and support small green businesses when purchasing supplies and promotional items like recycled pens, organic and fair trade t-shirts, and recycled papers and soy-based inks.
