Area 16 is a progressive real estate development and construction company located in Houston, TX. We build small residential homes with a focus on design, quality materials and energy efficiency. We believe in preserving historic homes, building new homes with a small carbon footprint, and developing housing within the existing scale of older neighborhoods.

LEED Certification, locally-sourced and recycled building materials, even our little biodiesel work-truck; it all comes together to reduce our carbon footprint as we work to build responsibly.
