Colorado Lending Source is a community-based, private non-profit lender whose mission is to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within the state of Colorado. We do this primarily by making the SBA 504 loan program available to small business owners who are interested in financing the purchase, construction or improvement of owner-occupied commercial real estate used by their business. Commitment

Colorado Lending Source purchases 100% of the electricity used to power our Denver office from wind farm sources in Colorado. All employees also receive transit Eco Passes to encourage them to commute to work in downtown Denver using light rail or buses. In addition, CLS purchases carbon offsets for every mile driven and every mile flown by a CLS employee in the course of his or her business.
100% of the carbon offsets chosen by Colorado Lending Source go towards reforestation efforts. The destruction of the forests on this fragile planet will take many decades to replenish. The very best time to start this reforestation process was 20 years ago. The second best time to start is now.
