Happy Karma Tours
Description
Happy Karma Tours offers guided overseas adventures that are good for society, for the environment and for your karma! Exploring the globe should leave a positive impact on both the traveler and the local communities. The opportunity to broaden one’s perspective through a socially and environmentally sound overseas adventure should also be economically accessible.
With this in mind, our trips are:
-Small (5-7 people),
-Adventure-Packed,
-Pre-planned or Customized,
-Environmentally Sustainable,
-Carbon-Neutral,
-Socially Just,
-and Affordable.
Commitment
We offset the carbon produced from our overseas travel through funding efforts in renewable energy, energy efficiency and reforestation with Carbonfund.org. We visit several environmental nonprofit organizations in the host countries on our tours and donate 10% of all profits to the charities visited. For instance, in Turkey, we will visit the Society for the Protection of Nature and the Society for the Protection of Sea Turtles.
