What makes TYP unique? Nowadays, “fitness” yoga in many styles is offered in gyms, health clubs, and yoga studios. At TYP, though, yoga is way more than a trendy workout. We recognize that yoga has been helping people achieve physical health, mental balance, and self-realization for centuries…and that’s how we present it.
