Our menu has been lovingly crafted using excellent quality, fresh, homemade foods. We support local and/or organic suppliers whenever possible and we strive towards earth friendly sustainable practices. We have the greatest staff team in the universe and we appreciate our customers more than anything, as YOU are the backbone of this café. We source locally whenever we can; we compost our food waste and recycle everything the county will take from us; we choose sustainably harvested, natural, minimally processed and fair trade where it applies; we choose chemical-free, unbleached, post-consumer recycled and recyclable every time we have a choice. Our light bulbs are CFL, we subscribe to green power; we donate to the food bank and other charities and we run promotions around collecting/distributing donations of all types from our customers. And now that we know folks want to know about this stuff we are shouting it from the mountain tops!
