In the Cards…Business Cards That Is
In March, I helped Carbonfund.org launch a partnership with Bantrel, the world’s first Carbonfree® Partner that’s an Engineering Procurement Construction company (EPC). Bantrel designs and builds big projects that bring us the energy we use every day. Obviously any company that works in our current system has a carbon footprint and Bantrel is no exception. To take responsibility for their own footprint, Bantrel is working with Carbonfund.org. They do this by supporting our methane destruction project in New York (methane is 23 times more potent than CO2) that burns methane to break it down into water and electricity used to power other things!
The other day they asked us for a black and white version of our logo. Curious, I wanted to know why. I found out that they’re planning to add our logo to their business cards. As you can see from our website, we love talking about our partners and the great programs they’ve created and support. Bantrel took it a step further and will soon display the Carbonfree® Partner logo on their business cards. Carbonfund.org now is a part the initial impression Bantel employees makes when they hand out their business cards. I guess you could say their Carbonfree® Partner credentials are in the cards.
