Getting Caught Publishing Green

Finding ways to make significant reductions can be a great step to better protecting the environment as well as find areas for cost savings. Ogden Publications recently underwent a comprehensive energy audit and began implementing a number of environmental measures within their own offices in Topeka Kansas. They’re improving their building’s energy use, they travel less for meetings and teleconference more, and they even reducing their own in-house paper use by using projectors and PDFs in place of handouts and hard copy proofs.
Ogden has been a CarbonFree® Partner for over a year. They’re offsetting their electricity usage and support more offsets by donating half of their commission for any purchase on their site Earthmoment.com.
