In My Prius…reducing what I can.

Unfortunately, I’m one of the few Carbonfunders who has to drive to work. When ‘Red Rocket’ (my 1995 Civic DX) started to die earlier this year I knew I had to follow the Carbonfund.org moto and “Reduce what I could” with my new car purchase. It’s bad enough that I drive every day. So the only logical choice was for me to buy the most affordable, fuel efficient car currently available, a Toyota Prius.

Today, for the first time, I started to question my purchase. See the hilarious video below to find why. Is that what I look like? I don’t have a baby but I do buy Starbucks from time to time….

Oh well, maybe I am starting to fit the environmentalist stereotype, but at least I’m doing my part to ‘Reduce what I can’.
