Molly Drexelius is Chief Chocolate Taster and Owner of Drexelius Chocolates, which is an online company that specializes in unique chocolate events and online sales of premium, all-natural chocolate bars. Molly is devoted to great chocolate: where it comes from, how it is grown and processed, what it tastes like and helping to raise awareness of fine chocolate.
Her close relationship with the chocolate makers allows her to research, gain understanding and carry better products. “Drexelius Chocolates is doing our part locally, but we want to make a difference globally.
